One account for the website, launcher and game

Registration creates an account and player ID in the existing Soulvora account service. New accounts use an email address to sign in and choose a public username on their account page or their first visit to the game. That username is shared across every class. Existing accounts keep their username and player ID.

What this website collects

New account forms ask for an email address and password. Your email is used for account sign-in and is not displayed as your public username. Passwords are sent over an encrypted connection and stored by the account service as password hashes. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails or collect payment details. The website displays your public username after you sign in, and lets accounts without a public username choose one. Your player ID remains an internal account identifier.

Signing in on this browser

The website uses an essential, secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Page scripts cannot read this cookie. It normally lasts for your browser session; choosing “Keep me signed in” allows it to last up to seven days. Signing out removes it from this browser and does not sign you out of the game.

Signing in through the launcher

The launcher can remember your account using your operating system’s protected storage. It does not save your password. When you select Play, it uses a short-lived, single-use sign-in ticket to connect the game to the same account.

Account recovery and support

Password recovery uses your signup email, or a previously verified recovery address for older accounts. When email delivery is enabled, Resend receives your recipient address and recovery message to deliver a single-use code. Codes expire after one hour; only their hashes are stored by the account service. Resetting your password signs out existing sessions on the website, launcher and game. This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and account services may process technical request information to deliver the service.
